Travel Saver Limited Terms and Conditions

General:

The use of Travel Saver is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change. The information, content, copy write is the property of Travel Saver Limited. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy of information and limitation of liability:

Travel Saver will not be responsible for errors, omissions or misleading information in travel information and listings. Travel Saver’s role in relation to your travel arrangements is limited to facilitating your booking and arranging travel documentation, payments and refunds as applicable. Travel Saver does not accept responsibility or liability for any failure or delay on the part of any third party in providing travel services to you.

Payments:

Credit Cards: A non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Either a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card is required for the deposit. Depending on the rental company, the full balance of the rental may be required 30 days prior to collection. Travel Saver will advise if this is relevant to your booking. Otherwise the remaining balance is required on collection of your vehicle. Once a deposit has been secured, you will be sent a copy of the booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure all details are correct. You must ensure that this is printed out and presented at the time of vehicle collection. Full payment is required for ferry bookings at the time of booking. The credit card information used to secure the booking and your details may be passed onto the vehicle rental supplier in order to charge the remaining balance.

Currency: All prices listed on Travel Saver are in New Zealand, US and Australian dollars depending on where you are looking to travel to. You will be charged in the corresponding currency.

Refund Policy:

The deposit component of all bookings is non refundable. We strongly advise purchasing additional travel insurance. The remaining balance of all bookings is subject to the individual rental and experiences companies refund and cancellation policies and terms and conditions, which are available both at time of booking and on request.

Cancellations and Amendments:

Please be aware that each operator listed on Travel Saver has its own cancellation or amendment fees and cancellation policies. Any charges or fees due to a cancellation or amendment will be passed onto you. All requests for cancellation of a booking must be in writing to Travel Saver. Any cancellation or amendment charges or fees are additional to the forfeiture of the reservation deposit amount. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance which offers cover in the event of emergency, or travel disruption.

Privacy and Security:

The privacy and security of the information you provide is of utmost importance to us. Any details that you submit, including credit card and personal information is securely transmitted and stored in an encrypted state. Travel Saver may have to pass this information onto our vehicle rental suppliers. This is done so through a password protected and encrypted secure booking system.
