Well, here we are in the middle of winter. Christchurch is cold, really cold. But, we all know that cold means good for snow sports and all outdoorsy things. Everything looks powder coated and white, it is truly an amazing sight down here in the south. To compliment the beautiful scenery goes exceptionally good rates on campervan and motorhome hires. It’s fair to say that while you will pick a super deal on a vehicle you will have to come prepared for the chill. When booking a campervan or motorhome during the winter time, make sure you pester your vehicle provider on arrival for the likes of a thick blanket and a heater (if your van doesn’t have one already.) They will have these at their disposal and believe us when we say they don’t want you to freeze. 

So, we guess that you’re thinking- cold sounds good but I think I’ll wait to summer, enjoy the beaches and weather instead of the cold and snow. Fair.
